Can't install texinfo package on Ubuntu 18.10

I'm attempting to install the GNU texinfo onto my machine but when I do sudo apt install texinfo I get the following:

I've run both of those commands to no avail and I've not otherwise been able to discern the issue. I'm not too familiar with GNU software and would appreciate any assistance.
